Fifteen Cornwall is part of a global social enterprise, founded by Jamie Oliver in 2002 and is owned by the registered charity, the Cornwall Foundation of Promise. At the heart of it all is a chef training programme with a simple mission: to empower young people who are in need of a second chance. The project supported the celebrity chef in founding an innovative enterprise that gives young people a chance to learn new culinary skills. It aims to train 400 people over 20 years.

Fifteen Cornwall offers an innovative menu of the best seasonal and local produce, prepared by talented professional chefs and aspiring young apprentice chefs, and served in a relaxed atmosphere by friendly staff.
