Seven Stories is the first museum in the UK wholly dedicated to the art of British children’s books. The Seven Stories Bookshop is one of the largest independent specialist children’s bookshops in Britain as well as being the only exhibition space in the UK dedicated to the celebration of British children’s literature. Our changing programme of exhibitions is designed to spark the imaginations of children and adults, and inspire exciting new work.

These events are an opportunity for visitors to meet an author or illustrator, explore how they work to create their books and listen as they talk you through their inspiration, ideas and favourite stories.
